Solution:
Go to Start and select RUN and type regedit and press enter or click on OK
and navigate to the below key system
Once you doulbe click on system you will see some entries like below in right pane
EnableProfileQuota
ProfileQuotaMessage
MaxProfileSize
IncludeRegInProQuota
WarnUser
WarnUserTimeout
You can delete all these values (some may not be present,so you can delete whatever entries available from the above files). and exit the registry editor and restart your pc.
