Adding signature in msoutlook2003
 
Go to Tools ->options
 
Click on Options
 
 
Click on Mail Format tab and then click on signatures
 
 
Click on NEW
 
 
Enter name(Here give demo) for this signatue and select start with a blank signatue and click next (if you have already make a signatue and you want to use that select use this file as a template and browse the file and click next)
 
 
Type the signatue as you want,You can use the font tab to change fonts, color and size of the signature, if you want to attach a business card click on new vcard from contact,Once you finish seting up signatue click finish.
 
Now you can see your signatue
 
 
 
Then click on OK and Click Apply and OK
 
Then go to outlook interface and click on new email messages,
 
 
Here yo can see the signatue you just created!congrats!!!
