How to make website shortcut on desktop

When you have a website that you visit often, its better to create a shortcut on

desktop ragher than always searching for it

Here is the step by step instruction on how to create website shortcut on desktop

1.Right click on empty space of the desktop

2.Navigate to NEW-> Shortcut

3.A shortcut wizard will open up

You have to enter the URL ( website adress) of the website.You can type it manually or you can copy and paste it from address bar.

After entering the URL, Click Next, Enter the name of the shortcut.

Click Finish

Now you can see the short cut on the desktop. once you double click on it, it will take you to the website.
