Here is the tips to Solve the issue
Go to tools ->Internet Options
Go to Content tab and Click on Settings Under autocomplete options
Uncheck Webaddress options (If you want to disable autocomplete for forms and usernames and passwords, you can uncheck form and usernames and passwords on forms)
and Click OK
Go to General Tab and Click on Delete under browsing history
Click on Delete all
Check also delete files and settings stored by add-ons only if you want to delete them and click YES
Then Click OK and again Ok.
Done! Type something in address bar and you can see autocomplete is disabled
